Job Description
Perform the entire recruitment process for IT profiles, from sourcing to interview, and collaborate with Hiring Managers to understand requirements and priorities.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical sourcing
- Good understanding of IT functions and technologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills
- English - minimum B2
- Availability to work in a hybrid regime (3 days a week in Saldanha)
