Electric Motor Design Engineer

We are looking for an Electric Motor Design Engineer to join an established aerospace engineering team supporting the development of advanced rotating systems and electric motor technologies.

Requirements

• Experience in rotating component design (e.g. electric motors, transmission systems, gearboxes, shafts)
• Strong 3D modelling experience using CATIA V5
• Good understanding of GD&T and working within tight tolerance environments
• Experience selecting and working with materials such as aluminium and sheet metal
• Experience working on high-performance, safety-critical mechanical systems
• Supporting products through multiple development stages, from concept to production
