Job Description
ALTEN Technology USA is seeking a highly motivated Hardware & Wireless Validation Engineer to join their team in Foster City, California. This role involves developing, documenting, and executing comprehensive unit and system-level validation tests for both hardware and network devices, focusing on critical wireless interfaces including 4G-LTE, 5G-NR, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth. The engineer will collaborate with design engineers and partners to ensure system performance, quality of service, and regulatory compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a similar discipline.
- 6+ years of professional, relevant work experience in electronics development.
- Hands-on experience configuring/programming wireless test platforms.
- Expertise in Ethernet standards (IEEE 802.1AS, 802.11), IP network protocols, and 3GPP 4G-LTE / 5G-NR network architecture.
