Job Description
ALTEN Technology USA, a global engineering company, is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Engineer. The role involves ensuring vehicles meet high-quality standards through the development and implementation of quality control processes, root cause analysis, and improvement of the manufacturing process. This position requires collaboration with various departments including Corporate Quality, Vehicle Engineering, and Supplier Quality.
Requirements
- Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Manufacturing, Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial)
- 8-10 years of experience in quality/manufacturing engineering
- Experience with creating FMEA process / Control Plan / APQP
- Ability to work fully independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with the Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier experience (Bonus)
