Job Description
We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our team in Rotterdam, Nederland. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, operations or demand generation, with a focus on B2B. They will be responsible for owning our demand generation machine, creating and optimizing campaigns, and working with sales and product marketing to achieve GTM goals.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing automation, operations or demand generation, with a focus on B2B
- Technical skills in tools such as ActiveCampaign, Salesforce CRM, Outreach, Zapier
- Analytical mindset and experience with AI or Agentic AI is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work with international colleagues
