Paralegal - Corporate

Alston & Bird's London office is seeking a paralegal to assist attorneys across the Corporate, Finance, and Investment Funds Practice Groups. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly organized, and team player who can work overtime to meet client deadlines.

Requirements

• Completion of an undergraduate degree and/or a paralegal certificate
• 1-3 years of work experience as a paralegal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
• Interpersonal skills necessary to establish relationships and communicate effectively
• Thorough knowledge of Firm systems, practices and procedures
