Job Description
We're looking for a Site Procurement Manager to join our team in Vasteras, SE. As a Site Procurement Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving procurement excellence and ensuring seamless collaboration between the Procurement Function and Site operational members. You'll work closely with teams across the business, manage and develop a high-performing procurement team, and ensure alignment with global strategies to deliver impactful results and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Experience or understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and cost optimization
- Familiarity with working in a matrix environment and managing cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier negotiations, and market trends in the rail industry
- Ability to develop and inspire teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- International mindset with the ability to work effectively in multicultural environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Results-oriented approach with a focus on achieving key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Proficiency in English and Swedish, both written and spoken
