At Alstom, we have a deep understanding of transportation networks and what drives individuals to use them. We are recruiting for our Services division a Industrialization and Continuous Improvement Manager in Creusot (71) on a permanent contract.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (Ingénieur) in mechanics, electronics, or automation.
• Experience in an industrial environment with managerial responsibilities.
• Mastering industrial processes and good knowledge of Lean/ APSYS approaches.
• Ability to analyze, structure, and optimize industrial processes.
• Leadership skills and ability to federate and pilot team performance.
• Fluent English to collaborate in an international environment.
