Project Quality & Safety Manager

Alstom is looking for a Project Quality & Safety Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will work alongside collaborative and dynamic teammates to ensure the safety and quality of projects.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with experience in quality and management
• Fluency in English; Dutch language is highly desired
• Customer-oriented mindset and ability to work in a multi-business team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Rigor, effective communication, assertiveness, and resilience
• Knowledge of quality standards (e.g., ISO9001, IRIS, CMMI, ECM) and quality tools
• Experience in team and people management, with the ability to positively influence cross-functional geographically distributed teams
