Master thesis - Innovation

At Alstom, we are looking for a Master's student to conduct research on Computer Vision technologies applied to industrial and transportation use cases. The thesis will focus on identifying the best computer vision technologies for different use cases and pain points in the rail industry.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of computer vision concepts and frameworks.
• Familiarity with image processing, deep learning, and evaluation metrics.
• Self-driven and proactive, able to work independently and take initiative in an innovation-oriented environment.
• Analytical mindset and ability to synthesize complex information.
• Good communication skills in English. Swedish is a plus but not compulsory.
