The Fleet Support Center Engineer provides real-time technical support to train drivers and operations teams in case of faults during service of locomotives. The role involves monitoring locomotives systems remotely, coordinating with traffic control and fleet management, and troubleshooting and diagnosing issues related to railway equipment.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering (preferably, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering) or proven experience in railway maintenance and operation
- Experience in Train Monitoring System development or validation or commissioning
- Experience at system level in Railway industries or big industrial plant (Power, naval...)
- Good knowledge of business analytics tool such as Tableau, powerBI...
- Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure
- Experience in customer service or technical support, preferably in a transportation or railway environment.
