Job Description
We're seeking an Indirect Buyer to join our growing supply chain organization and help build the foundation for how ALSO sources and procures non-production goods and services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in indirect procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, ideally within an automotive, consumer electronics, or manufacturing startup environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience managing suppliers across multiple categories.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and balance tactical execution with strategic thinking.
- Proficiency in procurement systems or ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, or NetSuite preferred).
