Job Description
We are looking for a Lead Developer Java to ensure the continuity and evolution of Alpiq Retail France's information system. This environment relies on a critical application ecosystem developed in Java.
Requirements
- Design and develop new features in an existing Java environment.
- Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with best practices.
- Perform impact analysis and technically qualify anomalies.
- Maintain a high level of quality, performance, and maintainability of the code.
- Technically lead a team of Java developers (4 to 6 people)
- Participate in defining the technical architecture of projects
- Ensure the quality of code and deliverables (code review, tests, documentation)
- Put in place good development practices (CI/CD, Clean Code,...)
- Ensure technological vigilance and propose continuous improvements
