Process Efficiency Engineer

The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficient, safe, and cost-effective production of safe, quality, pet food.

Requirements

• Develop and implement new manufacturing processes and procedures.
• Analyze and optimize existing processes to improve efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives, such as Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot process and equipment problems.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
