Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our dynamic sales team. The BDR will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by generating and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and initiating the early stages of the sales process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Previous sales experience in an BDR role (1-3 years), preferably in software or financial services sales.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Understanding of the brokerage and financial services industries.
- FINRA Series 7.
