Job Description
We're looking for multiple experienced CCaaS integrations engineers to own and manage our contact center application's deep integration with Twilio and other CCaaS providers. As a CCaaS Integrations Engineer, you will work closely with our Telephony, Product, Ops, and Engineering teams to architect, expand, and maintain deep integrations with Twilio and other CPaaS/CCaaS providers.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering experience with PHP/Laravel, Vue.js, MySQL, and AWS (Node.js/Python a plus)
- 2+ years integrating CPaaS and telephony platforms, especially Twilio, with experience in SIP/VoIP, call routing, IVRs, SMS/MMS, and high-volume messaging or calling workflows
- Strong experience building and securing API layers (authentication, logging, rate limiting, webhook handling, and payload transformation)
- Solid front-end skills in Vue.js or React; all engineers contribute to UI features
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, DynamoDB) and analytics or reporting workflows
