The Visual Manager is a member of the store leadership team who deals with ALO's visual and product strategy in the store. This individual is passionate about planning, product knowledge, analyzing reporting and visual execution – all with a lens on driving efficient and effective visual merchandising.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
