Visual Lead - Southpark Mall

The Visual Lead is responsible for achieving store sales & maximizing profitability through Visual Merchandising in partnership with the Visual Manager. The role involves managing key operational functions, maintaining strategic product presentation, and executing visual direction from planning through execution.

Requirements

• 2+ Years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
• Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Aligns with and embodies ALO’s guiding principles
