Job Description
ALO is seeking a seasonal Associate to support store sales and operational goals. The role involves providing customer engagement, processing transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness and efficiency. It requires a passion for customer service and ALO's mindfulness philosophy. This is a part-time, non-exempt position.
Requirements
- Impacts store environment and aligns with ALO’s Guiding Principles
- Operates customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures
- Maintains cleanliness, safety, and efficiency of store operations
- Prior experience in a client-centric sales environment is preferred
- Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 50 pounds
