Job Description
ALO is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate the guest experience at their St. Johns Town Center location. The role involves leading teams, managing relationships, and ensuring a service-lead environment. This position is integral to the success of ALO, both in customer engagement and employee development.
Requirements
- 2+ years of prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to work variable shifts, including peak days and weekends
- Ability to meet the company's Blackout period requirements
