Job Description
ALO Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead to elevate guest experience at their studio. The role focuses on guest connection, product education, staff training, and ensuring a service-driven environment. The position supports team performance and collaboration with various internal teams. This is a full-time, 32-40 hour per week position.
Requirements
- Prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment
- Proven leadership capabilities demonstrating excellent decision making
- Values feedback, receptive to receiving feedback and eager to provide
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results and excel individually, and as a team
