General Manager - Fashion Valley

Alo is seeking a General Manager to be the business owner of their retail store, responsible for all aspects of business management and development. This role focuses on leading, managing, and creating a positive work environment that supports ALO's mission of mindful movement. The General Manager will be responsible for sales, operations, merchandising, and team development.

Requirements

• 7+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced environment
• Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
• Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
