Requirements
- 8–10+ years of experience in e-commerce or site merchandising, with significant exposure to international markets and global
- Proven success operating with luxury, premium, and fast-growing global brands
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate regional performance data into buying, planning, and merchandising strategies
- Experience leading teams across a matrixed organization and collaborating with global cross-functional partners
- Deep understanding of geographical differences in weather and seasonality, product and color preferences, purchase-evaluation criteria, and regional shopping behaviors
- Extensive hands-on expertise with leading e-commerce platforms and analytics tools (Shopify, GA, Tableau, etc.), plus familiarity with regional site requirements
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence buying, planning, and marketing teams globally
- Thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment—comfortable with scrappy, creative problem-solving while also instilling best-in-class processes that support global scale
