Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to support day-to-day human resources operations, partnering with employees and management to support a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Support full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and employee orientation
- Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and HR procedures
- Assist with employee relations matters and performance management processes
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy
- Support benefits administration, open enrollment, and leave tracking
- Assist with compliance related to federal, state, and local employment laws
- Participate in HR projects, audits, and process improvements as needed
