The Specialist in Category Management will be responsible for the development and management of Almosafer's business categories in the Consumer Travel BU. The role will focus on developing and executing category initiatives aligned with Almosafer's business objectives and market trends.
Requirements
- 4-6 years of experience in category management, retail management, or a similar role within the travel, retail, or related industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage professional relationships.
- Familiarity with sourcing market dynamics, consumer behavior, and category management principles.
- Working knowledge of sourcing/buying as well as the partnerships ecosystem preferably with the travel industry context will be valued.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines and willingness to learn through hands-on/on-ground experience.
