We're looking for an Assistant Manager - SAP Human Experience to lead and manage our Performance and Goal Management processes, configuring, optimizing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors PMGM modules, while partnering with HR and business stakeholders.
Requirements
- Lead the end-to-end management of Performance Management and Goal Management (PMGM) processes across the organization
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Success Factors PMGM modules, ensuring alignment with HR policies and business objectives
- Partner with HR leadership to design and refine performance cycles, goal libraries, competencies, and rating frameworks
- Ensure seamless integration between PMGM and other Success Factors modules such as Employee Central, LMS, and Compensation
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for PMGM users across the group
- Deliver training, communication, and change-management support to HR teams and business stakeholders
- Monitor HR Idocs, error handling and integration with S4
- Proficient in Employee Central, with strong understanding of how EC data, workflows, and employee structures integrate with PMGM processes, forms, and permissions
