Requirements
- Proven experience managing online communities across platforms (Reddit, Discord, X, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of moderation best practices and community dynamics
- Experience in gaming or digital products with highly interactive user bases
- Ability to create engaging content and respond professionally
- Skilled at conflict resolution and managing disputes
