Job Description
Ally Pediatric is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (or Clinical Fellow) to provide neurodiverse affirming care in a multi-disciplinary setting. The role involves diagnosing, developing individualized care plans, implementing therapy techniques, collaborating with a team, and providing parent education and coaching. Ally Pediatric fosters a positive and integrated approach combining Speech-Language Pathology and Occupational Therapy.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience or interest in working with autistic children and other communication needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
