The role involves implementing personalized treatment plans, tracking client progress, and collaborating with a therapist team to provide supportive care for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred)
• Completion of or willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training within 60 days
• Reliable transportation
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to lift and carry clients
• Active role requiring frequent kneeling, squatting, standing, and sitting on the floor.
