Requirements
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience in HR
- Completed HBO education in HRM, Change Management, Organizational Science and/or Business Administration
- Current knowledge of labor law, absence and labor conditions
- Excellent command of Dutch and English, both verbally and in writing
- Experience with SAP SuccesFactors is a plus
