Process Innovation Engineer

allnex is seeking a dedicated Process Innovation Engineer to join our team in Rayong, Thailand. The role involves executing and managing Process Innovation and Process Improvement projects within the laboratory, providing comprehensive engineering support throughout.

Requirements

• Manage engineering aspects of process innovation projects and support product scale-up.
• Design and assemble lab and pilot installations, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Provide engineering support for AP region capital projects, including design, cost estimation, and commissioning.
• Conduct safety evaluations (PHA, DIERS, NFPA 30, API 520) and process hazard assessments.
• Collaborate with Engineering, EHS, and R&D teams to enhance process safety.
• Implement in-line analytical process control methods in manufacturing.
• Perform process modeling and calculations using simulation tools (Aspen, ChemCAD, Excel).
• Support production trials and optimize equipment and processes for safety, cost, and efficiency.
• Maintain lab instruments and ensure accurate calibration.
• Prepare documentation and reports in English; work within ISO standards.
