Job Description
The Baker will be responsible for mixing dough, preparing toppings and glazing pastries. An excellent baker must know how to mix different ingredients to prepare delicious bread loaves for customers.
Requirements
- High school diploma (10+2)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a baker
- Desire to immigrate and work in Canada
- Familiarity with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders and pastry rollers
- Understanding of food safety practices
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to remain calm and focused in a constantly evolving environment
- Team spirit, with a customer-oriented attitude
- Flexibility to work early morning shifts
