Allied Universal is seeking a Client Portfolio Manager to lead a business segment in a designated region, enhancing client experiences, building long-term relationships, and engaging with employees to deliver high-quality services.
Requirements
- Set the direction, tone, and client-specific plan for achieving agreed-upon service levels
- Hire, develop, and retain security officers and Operations Managers
- Communicate high service level expectations to the team
- Engage with clients to share expertise and enhance the value of Allied Universal's offering
- Coordinate the day-to-day team effort to ensure quality and cost-effective services
- Coach and develop assigned personnel to assist with their opportunity for advancement
- Utilize WinTeam for scheduling and billing, and produce reports for effective business management
- Enforce Allied policies and identify, analyze, and solve problems for continuous improvement
