Allied Printing Services, Inc. is a family-ran, full-service commercial and financial printer seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their growing team. The Customer Service Representative plays a critical role in connecting customers, sales, and production, ensuring customer requirements are met across print, production, finishing, mailing, and fulfillment services.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of experience in print industry client services, administrative support, or manufacturing operations
- Previous experience in account management, customer service, production planning, or estimating within printing or manufacturing environments preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines, prioritize workload, and multitask effectively
- Proficiency with computers and experience using ERP systems
- Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and communicate strategic production plans
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong focus on accuracy and customer satisfaction
- Team-oriented approach with a solution-focused attitude in a fast-paced environment
