Engineer I - Generation

Requirements

• Learn basic internal and external customer needs and expectations
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and solve problems limited in scope with guidance
• Apply governmental and organizational engineering standards
• Make low-risk decisions with guidance from supervisor
• Develop functional relationships with union employees, contractors, internal and external customers, and across departments and teams
• Access project financial reports to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX) compliance
• Communicate effectively with vendors, field construction, operations personnel, and internal stakeholders
• Document and track activities, drawings, and outcomes for future reference
