Job Description
Alliance Laundry Systems is seeking a Team Leader for their 2nd Shift. This role involves guiding a team of 8-12 members under the supervision of a Group Leader, focusing on team development, continuous improvement, and maintaining a high standard of work. The position offers a stable manufacturing environment and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Prior experience leading others in a work or volunteer capacity
- Understanding of manufacturing processes is preferred
- Must possess a genuine people-centric mentality and a heart for servant leadership
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, problem solving and troubleshooting ability
- Proven leadership capabilities
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to pass a pre-employment physical including a baseline test of lifting a minimum of 50 pounds
- Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check
