Job Description
As a Production Group Leader in Dryer, you will oversee the support of team members to maintain safety, quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
Requirements
- Create a safe work culture
- Work with Quality, Team Members, and Team Leaders to ensure product quality
- Empower team members to contribute to continuous improvement
- Provide daily direction to Team Leads
- Complete attendance and time keeping requirements for team members
- Drive waste reduction through lean techniques
- Ensure proper training for employees
- Interface with technical staff
- Establish annual goals and objectives
- Serve as first point of contact for employee relations issues
- Interface with Union Stewards
