Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will work with the Production team to identify, develop, and implement production methods, systems, and processes to improve Safety, quality, delivery, and cost. You will also investigate and implement ways to improve the ergonomics and overall safety of the workstations.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelors of Science in an Engineering Discipline
- Analytical skills for troubleshooting designs not working as planned
- Ingenuity for using the broad concepts of engineering and applying them to address specific production problems
- Interpersonal skills in developing positive working relationships with other employees working with the production process
