We are looking for a Head of Customer & Payments to lead the strategy and evolution of the tech platforms that power Aller Media’s customer relationships and reader revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in Product, Engineering, or Platform roles
- Experience with customer, subscription, or communication platforms
- Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management and subscription businesses
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across Nordic or multi-market environments
- Confidence collaborating with Commercial and Editorial leadership
- Experience from leading transition into a modern agile way of working
- Clear, grounded communication and an agile mindset
