Allen Integrated Solutions is seeking a Proposal Manager to lead and manage the development of winning proposals for our organization. The Proposal Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire proposal process from start to finish, ensuring that all proposals are completed on time, adhere to client requirements, and align with strategic objectives.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience working within federal government proposal management, volume lead, book boss, and/or proposal writing
• Experience with the federal proposal process within the defense or intelligence community
• Ability to manage geographically disparate teams
• Excellent writing, organizational, communication, and ability to learn and manage a variety of software programs quickly and effectively
