You will gain valuable experience in defining and scoping requirements for sustaining or development projects centered around residential mechanical lock products.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in a relevant discipline, e.g Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, etc
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Basic electronics understanding
• Ability to work in both a team and individual setting
• Resiliency and ability to adapt quickly
• Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques
• A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
