Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Proven track record building and developing high-performing HR teams
- Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into HR strategy and measurable people outcomes
