Sales Operations Analyst

Sales Operations Analyst at Allegion, creating and managing reporting, administering operational processes, and troubleshooting issues with our tools to improve the efficiency of the sales force.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree or equivalent experience required
• Minimum 3 years data analysis, reporting and/or finance forecasting experience, with a strong proficiency in dashboarding technologies such as Power BI or Tableau
• Ability to collaborate with sales and strategic business units for continuously improve sales reporting processes
• Proven experience building and automating dashboards in Power BI and pulling data from CRM systems (Dynamics preferred) and SQL tables
• Experience creating analytics metrics using DAX or similar framework
• Highly detail oriented and demonstrated problem solving skills
