Operational Excellence Lean Specialist Intern

As an Operational Excellence Lean Specialist Intern, you'll support the Indianapolis Exits Manufacturing Plant through Lean transformation and daily management initiatives. You'll implement tactical strategies, drive Operational Excellence culture change, and support Lean initiatives. You'll also provide project updates, participate in Gemba Walks, and maintain visual performance tools.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Change Management, Industrial Engineering, Leadership, or other relevant discipline
• Demonstrated leadership ability and initiative
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex data
• Effective listening, time management and creative problem-solving techniques
• A desire to learn, grow and develop by working on projects that will impact Allegion’s business and customers
