Ohio State Director

All Voting is Local is seeking an Ohio State Director to expand their reach in Ohio, focusing on developing and implementing strategies to protect and advance democracy in the state. The role involves building relationships with state and local leaders, advocating for policies, and driving efforts to expand voting access. This is a key role to support the organization’s mission in a politically and socially charged environment.

Requirements

• 6+ years experience with political, organizing, and/or campaigning.
• 2+ years of experience managing and developing direct reports.
• Basics in Ohio’s election systems, needs, and issues.
• Access to reliable transportation within Ohio.
• Existing and positive relationships with grassroots and community leaders in Ohio.
• Strong communication skills.
