Job Description
heo America is currently looking for a full-time Operations Specialist to join our team! This role is a chance to join a growing organization and to make an immediate impact in the gaming industry, working with many of the most impactful brands in tabletop and pop culture entertainment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years in office administration, order processing, or logistics, or a college degree in Business or Logistics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive shipments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- ERP experience—Microsoft Business Central strongly preferred
- Ability to react quickly and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
- Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and business functions
- Self-motivated with the ability to independently lead initiatives
