Job Description
Ironclad is seeking a motivated and tech-savvy Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys both hands-on and desk-based work, and is energized by building strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Engage with customers via phone, email, and digital platforms to provide product information, generate quotes, and support the sales cycle
- Utilize various software tools, CRM systems, and communication platforms with confidence and efficiency
- Work with SKU-driven product catalogs to help customers identify the right solutions for their needs
- Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to manage order flow, product availability, and customer delivery expectations
- Perform a combination of desk-based administrative work and occasional physical tasks such as product handling, sample preparation, or inventory checks
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay informed about new features, specifications, and applications
- Consistently pursue sales goals, follow up on leads, and contribute to team revenue targets
