Job Description
AEI's Due Diligence division is seeking a Project Manager to perform environmental due diligence projects focused on commercial real estate. The role requires experience with Phase I ESA projects and Freddie/Fannie Mae projects, along with strong organizational and communication skills. Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, or related field and be willing to travel.
Requirements
- 3+ years of previous experience performing environmental due diligence projects, such as Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) preferred
- Previous experience performing Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) projects focused on Agency lenders and Agency investor platforms in the commercial real estate sector preferred
- Excellent writing, organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills
- Personable and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Willingness to travel as necessary
- Self-starter, resourceful, and able to work productively under deadlines with guidance
