Job Description
All About ABA, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team and contribute to improving the lives of individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The RBT will work closely with a BCBA, implementing ABA therapy plans and strategies. They will collect data, collaborate with the BCBA, and maintain a safe environment for patients.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities preferred
- Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
