Management Consultant - Investigations, Compliance & Privacy

AlixPartners is a leading global consulting firm that conducts investigations, acts as an independent compliance monitor, and helps companies reduce compliance risk through effective governance and processes. They are looking for dynamic personalities with a well-developed entrepreneurial and implementation-oriented thinking to expand their team.

Requirements

• Dynamic personalities with a well-developed entrepreneurial and implementation-oriented thinking
• Critical analysts with a strong problem-solving consciousness
• Change Managers with the attitude to actively bring about changes and implement them hands-on
• Maker personalities with the ability to quickly get involved in complex topics and the flexibility to quickly arrive at implementable, well-thought-out solutions
• At least 3 to 8 years of professional experience in management consulting / private equity or in industry, preferably in the financial sector
• Practical experience in advising financial institutions and/or industrial companies on compliance-related matters (e.g. money laundering, sanctions offenses, terrorism financing)
• Deep regulatory understanding combined with the ability to assess the impact on companies and to develop viable solutions within a short time that sustainably secure corporate success
• Proven success in leading (sub-project) projects with multiple work streams and the ability to take over various areas of work
• Excellent communication skills, as well as the willingness to work in interdisciplinary and international teams
• Very good academic record; Master, Diploma, Promotion or equivalent degree from a leading university
• Fluent in German and English, further foreign languages an asset
• Highly developed willingness to travel - hybrid travel model
• Current passport holders, citizenship, and/or work permit for Germany. Applicants must have a work permit that allows them to travel and work in the EU
